The wife and I decided last Sunday to take Gabe to the beach for a little photo taking session. Siobhan wanted to get some pictures of the sun setting and I thought the beach would be a nice place to get some shots in. We bundled Gabe up in a sweater and pants and headed out to Stoney Creek.

Siobhan thought it would be cool to get some pictures of Gabe on the beach sand, so we trotted down to the beach and cleared off a spot. Wow, he loved it. I know he's never seen / felt the sand before, but he was having a blast!

Ok, despite the title, he has been fed before in the past 4.25 months he's been alive, but today we decided to feed him 'solid' foods. I put the since quotes around the word solid since oatmeal made with breast milk does't seem real solid. Only about an ounce, but he seems to sure like it.
